All orders ship within the next business day of placement. You'll receive a confirmation email/text after order placement, and updates when it ships and is delivered. We'll keep you informed of any delays. Please note that the delivery estimates provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, and carrier performance.

Due to the nature of our production process and hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items based on size, fit, or personal preference.

If we have mistakenly sent you a different item than what you ordered or sent a damaged/defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at arkutopiacustomer@gmail.com. We will happily arrange for a replacement item or a full refund. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item as well. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer a wide range of styles and depending on the fabric type, the care instructions will be different. Every fabric has its own care and wash instructions that will help ensure that the item lasts a long time and will look its best. Always check the care and wash content label inside for specific information on how to care for your item.
